Job Description
We are hiring an IT Admin to do the following:
- Manage, maintain, and improve our Internet Network that serves 4 floors and more than 150 employees
- Manage, maintain, and improve our Call Center hardware and software which serves more than 20 agents and has the potential to scale to 100 agents.
- Provide other ad-hoc IT support for the team in topics such as, laptops, security, setup, installation, printers, etc..
- Provide assistance to the office team beyond the scope of IT, as needed.
Job Requirements
- Experience in setting up a stable internet connection for a company by merging several ADSL lines.
- Experience with setting up internet connection using Microwave Connection and Fiber Connection.
- Experience in setting up a call center solution from scratch with the ability to do inbound and outbound calls via mobile sim cards.
