As part of the Sales Team you will be responsible for promoting Konsulto App to different users; doctors, patients and clinic administrators. You will be working outdoors 95% of the time visiting doctors’ clinics, traveling occasionally to other governorates (20% of the time) and participating in medical or non-medical conferences and workshops to promote Konsulto. You will also act as account manager helping setup new user profiles, reporting and tracking the resolution of complaints with technical support and/or resolving problems directly where possible.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan appointments with doctors at their clinics; reach target sales visits/closures (5 days per week).
  • Train clinic admins to empower them to convince patients to use Konsulto & facilitate new installations.
  • Talk to doctors’ patients during waiting time in clinics to download and test the app.
  • Dig out info. about doctors (online & elsewhere) and use customer relationship management software to enter client details and manage accounts.
  • Convey product knowledge to different users & relevant benefits in a convincing manner.
  • Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions to be taken.
  • Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information about products or services.
  • Collaborate with others (top management, etc.) to manage reputation and coordinate actions.

Job Requirements

  • Ambitious and able to work independently and drive results
  • Enjoys working in a startup environment.
  • Feels easy working with technology products (mobile applications)
  • English and Arabic language fluency
  • Preferred to have a medical background; pharmacy, medical sciences or science.
  • BS degree from any university

  • Experience in networking & selling anything.
