Job Description
- Engineer shall be responsible for creating and developing refrigeration and heating systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings using BIM modeling software.
- Engineer shall be responsible for producing the required design drawings/shop drawings for designed HVAC systems.
- Coordinating with other discipline works and producing composite layouts after solving different clashes aiming to produce zero-clash models.
- Perform AC load estimation calculations and ventilation calculations as per the relevant codes and building requirements.
Job Requirements
- Adept user of BIM modelling software including Revit and Navis Works.
- Skilled in engineering drafting.
- Has a suitable background knowledge of the relevant HVAC engineering concepts and codes.
- Proficient user of load estimation calculation software, such as Carrier's HAP, and Trane's Trace 700.
