Job Description

  • Managing the customer's inquiries, complaints via phone.
  • Work on the system & necessary tools to handle client's needs: this includes airline tickets, hotels, car hire, and insurance.
  • Communicate with hotels for reservation's confirmation, changes, etc..
  • Reach Client Satisfaction targets and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • If you speak English and Italian language (B2/C1) you are the candidate we are looking for!
  • If you’re the ‘go to’ person when it comes to all things tech related that could be the role for you.
  • You have completed at least secondary school education.
  • You have the affinity for tourism and ticketing experience is a plus.
  • You are available 40 hours per week and flexible regarding scheduling.
  • You have strong PC skills and good typing skills.
  • You are a team player.
  • You are organized accurate and professional.
  • You are enthusiastic, dynamic, you feel comfortable with communication through the phone.
  • You can communicate clearly in written and spoken.
