Job Description

ACERINOX SA EGYPT which is a local branch for the multinational ACERINOX SA is in need of an Administrative and Logistics Executive

Tasks and Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Assist country manager in setting up meetings and manage local office logistics
  • Assist country manager in preparing reports and market studies
  • Receive client calls and coordinate their needs with manufacturing mills
  • Book stock material and load orders for clients at company mills
  • Coordinate and manage shipping and logistics with clients and mills
  • Responsible for filing and organization for region activity documents
  • Follow up and coordinate with clients orders, payments and deliveries

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent English and Arabic both written and spoken
  • High proficiency in MS office package including MS excel
  • Understanding of logistics and procurement norms
  • High proficiency in ERP systems (ORACLE, SAP etc)
  • Exceptional multitasking skills
