Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly balance sheet and Income statement fluctuation
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance with internal policies.
- Prepares co financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Ensure that all reconciliations prepared by all sections have been performed correctly.
- Reviewing the quarterly analyses and reconciliations for all sections in order to comply with the corporate requirements.
- Handle bank reconciliations
- Support in internal and external audit inquiries and requirements.
- Track the progress of the monthly, quarterly and Year ended closing process to meet the corporation submission deadline requirements.
- Prepares, analyzes, and maintains financial records. Accountants typically work for a company, managing that company’s finances. Including managing a company’s payroll, taxes, and various other payments.
- Gathering and monitoring financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
- Forecasting costs and revenues
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
- Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
- Time-management abilities
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
