Job Description
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Perform a daily walk through all areas of the operations facility, while having visibility on all shifts.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Liaise with the Development and Sales department to stay updated on new products and features.
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
