Job Description

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Perform a daily walk through all areas of the operations facility, while having visibility on all shifts.
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
  • Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Liaise with the Development and Sales department to stay updated on new products and features.
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.

Job Requirements

  • Females only can apply.
  • Proven work experience as operation coordinator.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
  • English Language fluency.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
