Job Description

Approcks Business Development is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to have a significant impact on company results. The Business Development will help build and expand the marketing function within the company to grow the business across new channels of partners across the MENA region. The successful candidate should have a foundation in traditional marketing research, strategy, and positioning, as well as experience creating and managing digital campaigns including SEO/SEM and Marketing Automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Plans ,Strategies & Campaigns to expand the sales and branding growth of the company.
  • Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Direct sales, marketing, or customer service activities.
  • Manage Marketing & Digital Marketing team, Events & PR team.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand and services.
  • Preparing monthly circular and news to be published on our website.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and services displays.
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s services.
  • Developing quotes and proposals;
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in person.
  • Help Marketing Team to be developed based on plan & road map.
  • Generate and Re-present Department Reports.
  • Responsibility to Put all Tasks for team and help them target due dates.
  • Maintain & Track & Improve Team Workflow.
  • Responsible For Making Research on new Marketing and Technologies.
  • Responsible For Managing Outsourcing Tasks and follow up with ( Freelancers, Agencies ..etc. ) for online or offline campaigns.
  • Track and Report marketing plans, strategies Or Campaigns.
  • Represent Approcks or any of its Products in internal or external Events.
  • Work Side by Side as a key player with CEO, & other Managers to get the best results.
  • Work Side by Side as a key player with his team.
  • Support His team to reach their target and develop their abilities.
  • Full Responsibility OF Company Accounts, Weekly and Monthly Reports, Assets, Backups., Credit Cards.
  • Attend and held and Report Daily Stand Up Meeting For All Team.
  • Attend and held Brain Storming Meetings with all marketing team.
  • Plan and apply KPI’s to all his team with monthly reports to HR of ( Points and KPI ).
  • Full responsibility to report team workflow violation or Due date Violations Or Target miss.
  • Work side by side as a support for his team to push to reach their target.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Coordinate special events or programs.
  • Work as a key player once any team member absent or not available until solve problem or get new calibers.
  • Set new leads.
  • Ensure internal or external teamwork all together in a unified collaboration framework like Bitrix24 or Jira..etc

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Degree in Marketing or similar field.
  • Proven working experience in business development, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record.
  • 2+ years B2B marketing in IT & Software industry of successfully leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs across the following channels: webinars, outbound email campaigns, social media, PR/media, sales ennoblement, digital/websites, paid search/SEO, third-party events, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of IT & software industry development is a MUST.
  • IN-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
  • Having good knowledge regarding solutions, ERP, CRM and R&D.
  • Large network & Excellent coaching skills.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in customer segmentation, web analytics, re-targeting and attribution analytics to optimize media investments.
  • Project management skills to manage calendars, creative and data needs as well as tight deadlines
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders, partners, internal and external clients
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
