Job Description

Act as the voice of the Kotn brand on the front lines with customers

Deliver amazing customer service over the phone, email, intercom, etc

Manage customer relationships efficiently and effectively

Tackle customer problems, questions and challenges
-
Capture & maintain awareness of customer insights and trends, and work with cross functional teams to improve overall customer experience
-
Think creatively & identify opportunities in which we can optimize each customer’s experience
-
Update and communicate monthly metrics
-
Tackle day to day operational tasks- such as processing and facilitating returns/exchanges between customers and fulfillment team
-
Coordinate/Liaison between customers, fulfillment team and in-store sale associates
-
Always be up to date with new products, materials, sizing etc.
Job Requirements

Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
-
Experienced in a customer facing environment – (Customer service or hospitality experience)
-
Excellent communication & writing skills
-
Clever, Upbeat and positive person
-
Comfortable and able to juggle conversations with customers across multiple communication channels.
