Job Description

  • Act as the voice of the Kotn brand on the front lines with customers

  • Deliver amazing customer service over the phone, email, intercom, etc

  • Manage customer relationships efficiently and effectively

  • Tackle customer problems, questions and challenges

  • Capture & maintain awareness of customer insights and trends, and work with cross functional teams to improve overall customer experience

  • Think creatively & identify opportunities in which we can optimize each customer’s experience

  • Update and communicate monthly metrics

  • Tackle day to day operational tasks- such as processing and facilitating returns/exchanges between customers and fulfillment team

  • Coordinate/Liaison between customers, fulfillment team and in-store sale associates

  • Always be up to date with new products, materials, sizing etc.

Job Requirements

  • Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized

  • Experienced in a customer facing environment – (Customer service or hospitality experience)

  • Excellent communication & writing skills

  • Clever, Upbeat and positive person

  • Comfortable and able to juggle conversations with customers across multiple communication channels.
