Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of Sales Account Manager. The role requires the incumbent to have prior sales experience in IT solutions (Software & Microsoft Products) and services and to utilize this experience and skill set in expanding the company's reach and increase its market share in the country.
The primary responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager are:
- Lead Generation.
- Perform product overview presentations.
- Complete the sales process from beginning to closing in an effective and well-managed process.
- Work with Pre-Sales Team to coordinate the sales effort.
- Evaluate and document business requirements, determine whether our products will be an effective solution for new clients.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales or sales support experience with technology products (Microsoft Portfolio), ideally with similar (ERP , HRMS, …..etc.) software is preferred.
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Superior communication skills, both written and oral (including group presentations/sales presentations).
- Ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goal.
- Ability to manage a long, complex sales cycle in the technology arena.
- Strong time management skills.
- Enthusiastic can-do attitude!
- A strong desire to win, yet having the utmost of integrity during the sales process.
- Ability to qualify and close complex and technical sales opportunities.
- High level of initiative to contribute ideas while working in a team environment.
