Job Description
- Create, maintain, and own the product backlog.
- Create, and maintain the product roadmap you own.
- Prioritize the product backlog according to the business value.
- Prototype product features whenever is required.
- Attend and moderate Sprint Review meetings.
- Use analytics and UX tools to monitor product performance.
- Perform competitive and user market research.
- Collaborate with UX/UI team to deliver a better product experience.
- Measure the product ROI in a frequent manner.
- Document all product details using our wiki tool.
- Attend and moderate sprint planning meetings.
- Clearly communicate the business requirements to the developers.
- Get a detailed level of requirement from stakeholders and customers.
- Build and maintain an ongoing relationship with the stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as product manager.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Good experience in the online payment and financial technology industries.
- Good experience using JIRA Software.
- Good knowledge in how web technologies work like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API.
