Job Description
- Greets visitors and, takes messages and replies to questions in accordance with general instructions.
- Ensure office equipment, standard goods/stationery are in good working condition and arrange for repair/servicing as necessary.
- Receive guests and meet them in a professional manner to assure the work environment is respected.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and gatherings.
- Maintain and order office supplies and equipment.
- Supervise the admin work job requirements.
- Allocation of Supplies, assets & stationery and Cleaning staff as per premises needs.
- Ensuring new hire office and tools according to job field is available.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Experience 3-5 years in real estate or construction companies in same position.
- Bachelor degree.
- Good command of English language.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Word.
