Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Software Trainer to deliver web-based customer facing training to individuals and groups.
- Deliver external customer training through web-based training.
- Manage learners within a Learning Management System.
- Partner with Project Managers and Customer Success Managers to coordinate training strategies for clients.
- Simultaneously manage multiple client engagements.
- Assist with client deliverable associated to implementations
- Participate in the development and management of training documentation and curriculum.
Job Requirements
- A successful training track record is a must.
- Minimum two (2+) years of experience delivering professional training through classroom.
- Previous experience in online training delivery.
- Must be fluent in English both verbal and written
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A good understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply these principles in the facilitation of training.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems, Outlook, Internet Browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari), and CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing training role
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
