Technical delivery and management of small, medium and large-scale transport assignments with minimal supervision, including the development and maintenance of strategic models.
Working closely with project managers and other municipality staff to ensure timely completion of the necessary analysis, reports and plans as assigned.
Supporting a group of transport planners and modelers from our Overseas Delivery Office, and based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Preparing high-quality written reports and technical analyses with the ability to present outcomes to concerned parties.
Advising on transportation matters.
Ensuring deliverable adhere to prevailing QA/QS and document management protocols.

A well known Governmental Company located in United Arab Emirates and have branch in Egypt need "Transport Planner / Modeler"

Experience in the development and maintenance practices for large multi-modal Strategic Transportation Models for governments.
Advanced skills in the hands-on use of strategic modeling software, especially the PTV suite of software (VISUM) or CUBE Voyager.
Strong collaborative behaviors to interface with overseas clients, other members of the local Transportation team, and other stakeholders
Experience in leading and delivering transportation projects within a multi-disciplinary technical environment together with knowledge of the Middle East and/or International Transport Planning standards and practices is essential.
Experience with urban planning and land development appraisals and transport impact assessments.
Experience in data analysis and preparing automated out put dashboards.
Well-developed skills in project management, technical delivery and resource management
Capable of communicating in both Arabic and English effectively, both written and spoken
Competence with Microsoft Office software.
Familiarity with electronic document management and quality assurance systems
Knowledge of GIS and scripting in a modeling context.
Experience in operational modeling platforms including VISSIM, aaSIDRA, SYNCHRO, HCM.
Knowledge of civil engineering design including concept and preliminary roads design.
The candidate should have experience of managing multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver projects in the UAE
