Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in managing and coordination with consultants
  • Assist project coordinator with scheduling and following up
  • Assist in following up the scope of work
  • Record and minute all meetings and keep track of attendees’ input
  • Assist in developing and maintain deliverable schedules
  • Help manage the day-to-details and bask in the knowledge that they are the all-important right-hand person of the project manager.
  • Assist the Project Management Manager to provide a professional Project and Design Management service internally and externally.
  • Liaise, as requested by the Project Manager, and input into design and construction programmer.
  • Chair and minute design team meetings
  • Support the Project Management Manager and Architects in successful project delivery
  • Contribute to the evolution of the documentation and methods
  • Thorough knowledge of and compliance with procedures and standards
  • Develop skills and knowledge to progress towards Project Manager
  • Contribute, or otherwise assist, as required

Job Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Architecture.
  • Very good in English
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in same position
  • Proficient in MS Tools, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Extensive knowledge in AutoCAD & Revit .
  • Able to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram, or schedule form.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and very meticulous and patient.
  • Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and usable drawings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate and diplomatic manner.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as part of an effective team.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
  • Analytical skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
