Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist in managing and coordination with consultants
- Assist project coordinator with scheduling and following up
- Assist in following up the scope of work
- Record and minute all meetings and keep track of attendees’ input
- Assist in developing and maintain deliverable schedules
- Help manage the day-to-details and bask in the knowledge that they are the all-important right-hand person of the project manager.
- Assist the Project Management Manager to provide a professional Project and Design Management service internally and externally.
- Liaise, as requested by the Project Manager, and input into design and construction programmer.
- Chair and minute design team meetings
- Support the Project Management Manager and Architects in successful project delivery
- Contribute to the evolution of the documentation and methods
- Thorough knowledge of and compliance with procedures and standards
- Develop skills and knowledge to progress towards Project Manager
- Contribute, or otherwise assist, as required
Job Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Architecture.
- Very good in English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in same position
- Proficient in MS Tools, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Extensive knowledge in AutoCAD & Revit .
- Able to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram, or schedule form.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and very meticulous and patient.
- Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and usable drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate and diplomatic manner.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
