Job Description
- Grow current business, maximize customer penetration, and meet set business plan through conducting sales meetings with targeted clients
- Respond and follow up on sales inquiries for targeted clients to comply with the set level of service & ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the promotion and development of all acquiring projects, solutions and new channels
- Manage the relationship between the company and third parties (field service provider, processors….etc.).
- Lead all acquiring new projects from project management perspective and managing the relations between various stakeholders internally and externally.
- Manage and coach daily POS field services operations, POS application testing and Certification activities.
- Manage, coach and validate POS Acquiring chargebacks, disputes reconciliation and settlement operations.
- Manage the department's objectives, KPIs and appraisals.
- Provide technical support for both business and customers in new\current services\projects
- Troubleshoot and follow up any technical issues related to acquiring a business with payment scheme, third parties, and vendors.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous banking experience
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor degree in business or any related field
- MBA holder is an asset
