Job Description
- Conduct calls & face to face meetings with customers daily
- Build & maintain relationships with new & repeat customer
- Sell all products related to travel and to the company. Making arrangements for tickets, transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities inside & outside Egypt
- Handling invoicing and issuing of vouchers.
- Handle inbound and outbound holidays packages for groups and individuals.
- Researching travel information and using market research information to guide decisions.
- Advising clients & provide general or specific advice about different travel destinations.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints and make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues
