Job Description

Job Summary

  • The main role of the Senior Business Development Executive is to help ElRehla to expand its business opportunities and partnerships by searching for potential leads and manage the process and the flow accordingly.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Approaching clients/leads to get face to face meetings to introduce ElRehla different products and services.
  • Attending clients meeting then following up on meeting the next steps.
  • Negotiations, budgeting and closing the deal.
  • Preparing proposals and presentations for possible clients whether funders or corporate.
  • Creating the list for possible clients from our network for selling Elrehla for corporate camp
  • Researching pricing levels of other training organizations – Market Benchmark.
  • Attend different networking events for capturing new opportunities and maintaining existing ones.
  • Handling regional private accounts

Job Requirements

Knowledge / Skills

  • Storyteller: to be able to capture all ElRehla spirit and activities and communicated with the clients
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • A good network of private corporates (national, international and multi-nationals)
  • Good reporting skills
  • Previous experience with sales and business development (Preferred in training and team-building field)
  • Fluent in English

  • Experience: Background on business, Business Development & Partnerships, L&D.
