Job Description
- Participating in the sales floor replenishment
- Planning of daily staff activities
- Delegating staff duties on a daily basis and ensuring rotation among duties and tasks
- Assisting with staff training
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Assisting the SM in opening or closing Sales Kiosks & Stores
- Assisting with the cash count and action close of day on a system
- Providing excellent customer service
- Advising customers
- Taking pride in your store and maintaining it to a high standard
- Following operating procedures
- Providing customers with an enjoyable shopping experience
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Experience in Retail 4 years
- Very Good English & MS Office Skills
- Customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills ideally in multiple languages
- Good presentation and excellent personal organization
- A passion for the retail industry
- Comfort with shifts
- Comfort with physical work
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent in achieving individual targets
