Job Description
- Close follow-up and prompt reply of the customers' inquiries
- EE benefit premium collection
- Communicate all the issued checks from the Finance team with the client on timely basis
- Daily update on the tracking sheet
- Weekly update on the collection report
- Ensure prompt and active follow up on all clients' requests to ensure their satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Experienced in insurance field
- Have a good communication skills
- Good command in English
