Job Description

  • Close follow-up and prompt reply of the customers' inquiries
  • EE benefit premium collection
  • Communicate all the issued checks from the Finance team with the client on timely basis
  • Daily update on the tracking sheet
  • Weekly update on the collection report
  • Ensure prompt and active follow up on all clients' requests to ensure their satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Experienced in insurance field
  • Have a good communication skills
  • Good command in English
