Job Description

  • Perform liaison functions between the organization and Egyptian Government Agencies.
  • Responsible for dealing with the social insurance offices and the health insurance and assistance in the work of personnel affairs.
  • Keeping, and handling insurance files for all employees of the institution.
  • Dealing with the Health Insurance Authority and with the Labor Office, completing all necessary documents from workers and employees to complete their procedures with governmental agencies.
  • Responsible for personnel affairs and for keeping all records of social insurance and health insurance and the Labor Office and all its work subject to internal audit of the HR Manager.
  • Extracting insurance lock letters for employees and submitting job title amendment forms.
  • Solve workers' problems with the Social Insurance Authority (from inquiring about the insurance situation, closing insurance numbers, joining periods, and following up on the insurance situation) and preparing the necessary letters.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as HR Personnel especially in the social insurance offices.
  • Full awareness of labor law and social insurance.
  • Males only
  • 10th of Ramadan Residence is a MUST.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and results-focus.
  • Excellent communication skills with people at all levels.
