Customer support
- Identifying problems & Providing Technical support to clients
System Administrator
- Test infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for both hardware & software issues.
- Manage operations of client-based devices.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Troubleshooting and report technical issues.
Job Requirements
- V.good knowledge in 2 of these 4 subjects ( Network - widows server- database-Linux )
- Able to travel to sites in Egypt.
- Bachelor degree in computer science or Engineering
- Age (26-30)years
- Experience working in a site is preferred
