Job Description
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative in-house offline marketing campaigns
- Assist marketing manager in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics
- Assist in office marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (advertising, events planning, PR, conferences, outdoor, printing, etc.)
- Coordinate design, production, distribution, and execution of marketing materials, including traditional print and digital mediums
- Liaise with concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities
- Conduct market research to find answers about customer requirements, habits and trends
- Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Recommend future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis
Job Requirements
- Not less than two years of experience in the field of offline marketing
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods
- Applicable knowledge in marketing data analytics and tools
- A self-learner who is good with multi-tasking
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
