Job Description

Required Branch Manager for Well Known Restaurant chain in Egypt

  • Responsible for the food and beverage services in the restaurant with high standard of quality and customer service.
  • Responsible for managing the working team and monitor their development.
  • Ensure all the supplies are in good conditions and stored properly.
  • Responsible for all the areas of HSE especially food safety & food hygiene.
  • Follow brand policies and ensure budget targets are achieved.

Job Requirements

  • Degree preferably in the field of Tourism & Hotels
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Food & Beverage/ Restaurants areas including 3 years as F&B Manager.
  • Good knowledge & Experience of Hospitality & Service and Catering principles according to local and international standards.
  • Competent in leading and developing teamwork
  • Fluent in English language
