Job Description

  • Under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for the company's administrative logistics, security and fire management, creating a comfortable, beautiful and clean working and living environment
  • Responsible for the company's canteen management, dormitory management, environmental sanitation management, green management, infrastructure management, housing repair, decoration management and other comprehensive affairs
  • Responsible for the management of company asset management, office supplies and labor insurance products, to avoid loss and waste of company assets
  • Responsible for the company's guard management work, including guarding duty, company security, fire safety and the company's major activities to ensure the safety of the company's personnel and property
  • Responsible for the implementation of the company's various rules and regulations, implementation and tracking, maintaining the authority of the company's various rules and regulations

Job Requirements

  • Have more than 2 year experiences in the position or similar positions.
  • Bachelor degree in Chinese language faculty, graduated.
  • Have strong time management skills
  • Excellent outreach and public relations capabilities, with the ability to solve emergencies
  • Good writing and speaking skills in both Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in office softwares
  • Skilled in using office automation equipment.
