Job Description

  • Set and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets, increase volume and maximize revenue and profits.
  • Generate strategic leads and perform complete sales cycle with interested customers within defined quality and sales procedures and deadlines.
  • Carry out yearly sales planning – create and follow-up on business plan
  • Ensure sales plan implementation throughout the year, evaluate the progress and adjust the plan if needed.
  • Lead strategic cooperation with other departments.
  • Review, evaluate and adjust if needed sales procedures and ways to achieve better results.
  • Respond to and follow up strategic sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Cold calling on prospects and follow ups
  • Attending software Conferences and events

Job Requirements

  • FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST
  • Flexible to work for American Shift
  • Solutions selling experience in a must
  • Advanced selling skills
  • High inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in team and cooperation within and outside sales department.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to develop, plan and implement Short and long range goals.
  • Ability to manage successfully major accounts and large contracts.
  • Outgoing self-motivated capable of reaching out to customers via calls and emails.
  • Education.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing or any relevant field of study
  • Years of experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales.
  • Experience in the Software industry is a plus
