Job Description

  • As the Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for providing customer support for ITWorx Education products and services, you will develop and deliver best-in-class support to our growing list of customers.
  • The ideal candidate should be experienced in providing customer support for a cloud-based technology company.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to our clients, managing client issues to resolution.
  • Providing detailed documentation to support the issue resolution.
  • Organizing additional resources from other ITWorx Education teams to aid the issue to completion.
  • Providing clients with bi/monthly status reports and system health checks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any related field
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Experience with SharePoint 2016 Knowledge
  • Experience with Support Knowledge
  • Must be able to communicate technical issues to colleagues and customers with a variety of backgrounds
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving skills
  • Read and analyze application logs
