Job Description
- As the Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for providing customer support for ITWorx Education products and services, you will develop and deliver best-in-class support to our growing list of customers.
- The ideal candidate should be experienced in providing customer support for a cloud-based technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to our clients, managing client issues to resolution.
- Providing detailed documentation to support the issue resolution.
- Organizing additional resources from other ITWorx Education teams to aid the issue to completion.
- Providing clients with bi/monthly status reports and system health checks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any related field
- 2-5 years of experience
- Experience with SharePoint 2016 Knowledge
- Experience with Support Knowledge
- Must be able to communicate technical issues to colleagues and customers with a variety of backgrounds
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving skills
- Read and analyze application logs
