Job Description
- Develops action plan to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Coordinate work strategies with team managers.
- Constant on-the-job training and coaching to team managers.
- Covers team managers in their absence by handling team directly with coordination with the assigned team manager.
- Provides department manager with reports about teams’ performance.
- Performs quarterly evaluations with team managers to keep performance of teams.
- Oversee projects and supervise the day-to-day operations of their team, making sure everyone is pulling their weight,that motivation and performance levels are maintained.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 6+ years of experience in the real estate field
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English for both written and spoken
- Car is a must
