Job Description
- Receiving complete files from finance and to be sure it is complete not missing any documentation
- Create list of received files and missing files according to the discharge sheet printed from IT system
- Delivering files to audit physicians
- Follow up files after auditing delivering it to secretaries
- Coordinate with other departments to complete missing documentations
- Participates in sorting of claims into patch's and delivery to collectors
- Receive the rejection lists from insurance companies and deliver it to the head of the department
