Job Description
- Coordinating site daily different works (architecture finishing).
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
- Ensuring that construction results meet project requirements & schedule.
- Offers advice in the planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects.
- Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation and codes of practice.
- Estimate the resource requirements in line with the target programs.
- Keep abreast with markets trends to insure adequate awareness and information about new solutions and materials.
- Analyze the drawing plans, specifications, reports, etc.
- Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems.
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience of 3 years.
- Bachelor degree in architecture engineering.
- Project management and supervision skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive knowledge in AutoCAD is a must.
- Proficient in MS Tools, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
