Job Description
- Establishes sales plans and objectives.
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue for existing and new products.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Co-ordinate sales action plans for the sales team.
- Develop and follow up on business leads and perform other lead generation activities.
- Analyze sales reports to identify sales opportunities and investigate lost sales.
- Approve sales orders and manage client’s receivables and cash collections.
- Review and follow all sales policies and procedures.
- Control expenses and monitor budgets.
- Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the sales team.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and monitor the achievement.
- Holds a regular meeting with sales staff to follow up realistic sales objectives and action plan
- Establish a strong business relationship with key accounts (End-users, Corporate, and Retail).
- Maintain contacts with dealers and distributors.
- Co-ordinate and monitor online sales activity.
- Evaluate current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Deal with escalated customer requests/issues
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience
- MAX age: 45
- Should have 5+ years’ experience as a Sales Manager
- FMCG or automotive or hotel or hospital supplies background
- Degree Level of education
- Experience in sales in a B2B & B2C
- The ability to develop and motivate a team
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Maadi, Heliopolis, Nasr city, Alrehab, Hadayek Alkobba, Nozha, Mokattam, Obour City, 5th settlement nearby residents are preferable
