Oversee day to day operations of the site.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project. Managing relationships with the project's different consultants.
Following up on other team members.
Ensure resources availability and allocation.
Review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports.
Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
Preparing site progress reports.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
4 to 6 years of experience in site supervision.
Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
Experience in residential projects.
Strong project management and people management skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to keep a constant eye on quality.
Knowledge of job site safety practices required.
