Job Description
- Develop and successfully execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed growth and revenue goals.
- Lead a successful, established Sales and Sales Support team. Lead the current agenda whilst evaluating where there is a need to strategically develop and where to hone for functional excellence. Demonstrate situational leadership ability.
- Perform budget oversight and accurate forecasting. Report sales forecasts and pipeline relative to plan on a monthly basis.
- Develop and successfully implement short, medium, and long-term strategic plans to protect current revenue streams, and create new revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with the Product Managers and COO to understand the meaning of Product requirements, and work cooperatively together whilst driving the sales agenda.
- Work with Finance and BI to structure product pricing and commission structures.
- Cultivate, foster, and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Analyze data trends and client performance, develop strategic business plans and lead preparation and delivery of strategic business presentations.
- Partner with key stakeholders of other cross-functional departments to deliver insights, ideas and customer service that equip the sales team and drives business growth to our clients and for dubizzle.
- Develop, attract and retain the very best talent in all roles across the team.
- Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team.

- Planning, organizing and integrating (managerial) knowledge
- Change management experience is preferable.

- Maintain a positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude and disseminate these qualities throughout the company
- Problem Solving through Facilitation and Influencing skills
- 3 years of managing sales teams of 10+. Stable corporate professional Sales experience.
- Experience developing and implementing training programs for sales teams
- Experience in the classifieds business and or Autos sector is a plus.
- Local market experience is preferred but not essential
