Job Description

Management: Planning, organizing, co-ordination
Organizing
- Conducts an annual evaluation of the Cambridge Primary Programme
- Archives materials that document the Cambridge Journey
- Conducts periodic tests for Cambridge Primary Pupils
Co-ordination
- Exam Officer – Co-ordinates exams, arranges couriering of materials to Cambridge; enters predicted grades and internal assessment grades; organizes external assessments; analyzes and reports on student results; produces reports on the progress of students in the IGCSE program both for internal and public consumption.
Planning
- Timetable: Supports senior management in framing and implementing a suitable timetable and in the allocation of teaching to the program
- Marketing CIPP and the IGCSE program
- Recruitment and selection of students
- Counselor- monitor student well-being and provide support and referral as appropriate: effectively track student academic progress over the duration of the IGCSE program
Career guidance
- Communication with Heads of Departments and Teachers: communicate program needs in a clear and timely manner; establish internal deadlines for submission of items by teachers and students
- Communication with students: ensure appropriate transition of new students to the program as well as across the programs; inform students of their results and options to them as a consequence
- Communication with parents; conduct regular information sessions; keep parents informed of student progress; program requirements and timelines
- Communication with outside agencies After exam support
- On collaboration with senior management at the school, ensure quality teaching and learning in the IGCSE program
- Teacher mentor; provide support for teaching staff to deliver the program and operation of the IGCSE curriculum
Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree from recognized and reputable university (possession of Master's degree or PhD would be an additional advantage)
- British Division Management Experience
- Excellent English & Computer proficiency
- Excellent Leader Ship & Communication skills
