Job Description

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to customers.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts ,and file documents.
  • Receiving inbound calls for customer's inquiries
  • Understand and respond to customer needs and issues over the phone.
  • Assist, advise and provide solutions to customers.
  • Ensure a high level of customer's satisfaction.
  • Assist the web development manager in his tasks.
  • Follow up on customer interaction.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh Graduates are preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree in the English language is preferred " Arts, Law, Or Commerce".
  • Good Computer and Internet skills.
  • Good knowledge with the English language.
  • Work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Fast learner.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Coordination skills.
  • Data analysis skills.
