- Job description:
- Manage the sale network;
- Participate in the hiring, adaptation and training of new employees, to be a personal example for them;
- Form an advertising policy, manage the attraction of new B2C, B2B and B2G clients;
- Developing sales strategy and plans and control their implementation;
- Monitor sales performance indicators;
- Analyze the performance of employees and the group as a whole, form a system of personnel motivation;
- Participate in relevant events, speak publicly.
Job Requirements
- 10 years of experience
- Have higher education;
- Max age from 45 to 55 years old;
- Worked in B2C, B2B and B2G - sales for at least five years;
- Personally conducted sales to corporate and government customers for at least a year;
- Organized the work of sale network;
- Worked in leadership positions, set goals and monitored their implementation;
- Worked with advertising companies;
- Quickly adapt to changes;
- Can defend your position based solely on statistics and results;
- Fluent in English;
- Good in Microsoft Office, CRM systems.
