Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and well-polished copy consistent with our company’s tone and mission.
- Develop and create well-researched, accurate content for print, digital media, or product descriptions.
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and content requirements.
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and user guides.
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
- Develop implementation and training manuals.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build an effective editorial calendar.
- Update website content as needed
- Create 1-2 resources each month to drive leads and awareness (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, etc.)
- Blog on an ongoing basis in support for other projects.
- Collaborate with designers, marketing, and sales to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Arabic
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly creative and able to work with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Strategic Management, Human Resources, and/or Information Technology is a major plus
