Job Description

  • Prepare monthly payrolls for employees.
  • Follow-up of all daily developments and their impact on the payroll.
  • Review the social insurance contributions of the employees and the establishment.
  • Review the tax on the salary payable.
  • Review disciplinary sanctions and delays signed by employees and deducting the days of absence, sabbaticals, allowances, rewards, allowances, additional pay and rest allowance.
  • Provide the senior management and responsible for all the details required in relation to the system of wages, salaries and benefits
  • Respond to employees' inquiries regarding their wages and salaries.
  • Review any changes to the general structure of wages.
  • Conduct studies on the status of wages and salaries in the labor market and competition companies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or business administration.
  • At least 7 years experience in the same field.
  • English proficiency is (from v. good to excellent).
  • HR certificate is preferred.
  • Work location: El-Sadat City.
  • Menoufia or October resident is a Must.
