Job Description
- Prepare monthly payrolls for employees.
- Follow-up of all daily developments and their impact on the payroll.
- Review the social insurance contributions of the employees and the establishment.
- Review the tax on the salary payable.
- Review disciplinary sanctions and delays signed by employees and deducting the days of absence, sabbaticals, allowances, rewards, allowances, additional pay and rest allowance.
- Provide the senior management and responsible for all the details required in relation to the system of wages, salaries and benefits
- Respond to employees' inquiries regarding their wages and salaries.
- Review any changes to the general structure of wages.
- Conduct studies on the status of wages and salaries in the labor market and competition companies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting or business administration.
- At least 7 years experience in the same field.
- English proficiency is (from v. good to excellent).
- HR certificate is preferred.
- Work location: El-Sadat City.
- Menoufia or October resident is a Must.
