Job Description

  • He/ or She will be Responsible for the Operation management of Installation, Maintenance and activation of all the accounts. Takes total program leadership accountability for the successful implementation of tasks for multiple market client implementations to ensure that GEBCO and client operation goals are achieved.
  • This role will work alongside other Sales and Marketing team, Finance and local Project Managers in the implementation process, but will hold the overall accountability for large and global implementations.
  • The implementation goals should be achieved with the highest level of program/project management professionalism, discipline and all outcomes delivered seamlessly the very highest standard.
  • This involves leadership and holding of the global program team to successfully deliver all of the program objectives and outcomes.
  • This will be achieved through effective leadership, strong program and project management and communications skills to apply GEBCO’s vision for total customer satisfaction.

Key Activities:

  • Leadership of every programming team, including the coordination of the project teams, progress of project deliverables
  • Set up and manage the programed governance structure to include executive reporting, internal and external steering groups
  • Design the program work breakdown structure and execution of team design
  • Responsible for the delivery of GEBCO’s components of the project to budget, schedule, scope and quality
  • Ensure the right project team roles are defined and filled with capable talent
  • Takes ownership to help ensure the client delivers against their aspects of the project
  • Ensure all client requirements have been adequately understood and documented
  • Ensure the Project Management Plan (including Scope Document) is completed and client sign off has been received as acceptance
  • Ensure that the planned outcome of the project and the critical success criteria are specified, understood and agreed by all parties
  • Develop and maintain project documents (project plan, change management, RAID, status reporting etc.)
  • Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and escalate risks appropriately
  • Ensure changes impacting the project scope, time or quality factors are well controlled and managed
  • Ensure the project is delivered within budget, on schedule and within the scope
  • Monitor the development of the solution at all stages to ensure that it will meet the customers’ needs and is progressing towards planned targets
  • Responsible for E2E test plan creation including operational readiness testing

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • Project and program experience and certification
  • Service industry experience
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Strong communication (written and verbal)
  • Ideally a high-level understanding of GBT / travel technologies

Location:

  • 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
  • 2 years of Project management and leadership experience
  • Resident of October City sheikh Zayed area.
