Job Description
- Manages and expands the 3rd party export customer database
- Ensure 3rd party Export Sales achievement of Target
- Efficient reporting to the functional reporting line
- Coordinate with the logistics the day to day Shipping documents
- Conducts market research of export clients, competitors in international markets.
- Expand the 3rd party Export market, by opening new markets
- Negotiates contracts with foreign sales and distribution centers to establish outlets.
- Negotiates with domestic customers, as intermediary for foreign customers, to resolve problems and arrive at mutual agreements.
- Manage the export process and follows up all 3 rd party export sales orders starting from receiving the customer order, through manufacturing till delivery confirmation by customer.
- Coordinate with the Logistics dep. all export shipments and ensures preparation of all relevant documentation required by the customs.
- Post all sales orders into SAP ensuring that they correspond with the customers purchase order.
- Communicate the daily status of each order with Operations dep., ensuring that the export sales department have up-to-date information to communicate to the customers.
- Be the focal point between the production and customer ensuring that the information is up to date.
- Expedites import-export arrangements and maintains current information on import-export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
- Prepares needed reports of export sales as required
Job Requirements
- University graduate
- Knowledge of ERP system "SAP user is preferable"
- Excellent command of English and Arabic language
- Selling skills
- Negotiation skills
- Communications skills
