Job Description
- Translate trade direction into specific country plans to have sufficient customer pipeline to deliver trade targets
- Follow up on future pipeline vs. targets to flag gaps to area leadership
- Drive the direction through the Area via Direction Setting, War Rooms and other trade specific tasks
- Create specific long-term account plan (corridors, target levers, equipment)
- Assess external/macro factors (Demand trends, competition services, market stats, ML SWOTs etc.) and share with Sales, Area leadership and RM/Trades
- Promote local Differentiators
- Support sales with product knowledge
Accountable for:
- Trade(s) specific plans: creation and follow-up
- Market development input on trades
- Disseminate (ongoing) trade direction
- Long term account planning
Consulted about:
- Market outlook
- Trade strategy and Rolling Forecast
- Deployment opportunities risks
- Tender negotiations and contracts
Job Requirements
We are looking for a driven, experienced, and result oriented leader, who has a proactive attitude and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
The ideal candidate has commercial front-line and strong product knowledge, combined with an analytical and data driven mindset. The candidate must be decisive, action-oriented, fast paced and have the ability to simplify and execute in a dynamic environment. The candidate should be able to deal with ambiguity and have solid planning skills with proven stakeholder management track record.
