Job Description
- Increase Import/Export Volume & Profit
- Increase volume & profit from the assigned customer base.
- Maintaining relationships with local and overseas client and relevant counterparts as appropriate, championing their needs and driving teamwork within the sales & service delivery organization.
- Recommend product development initiatives driven by knowledge of client needs to trade & marketing as appropriate.
- Execute the sales plan, meet and exceed the business targets outlined in the KPI’s.
- Prepare and pre-plan sales visits, update relevant reporting system daily with good data.
- Build/create new relationships with potential customers while marinating, developing and following up with current ones
- Drive Client Acquisition
- Proactively map the market and identify the target segments.
- Actively develop new clients in predefined target segments.
- Consistently pursue lost customers to meet the sales budgets.
- Should be able to analyze customer’s supply chain.
- Should be able to offer effective & efficient supply chain solutions to the customers
- Functional Support
- Respond to all overseas queries regarding service in Saudi Arabia Area
- Perform local direct handled Key Customer communication.
- Attend conference/meetings/webex with overseas offices to communicate strategy/training etc.
- Coordinate projects for new service developments/standards in the Area.
- Ability to communicate/coordinate internally to ensure that customer’s expectations is fulfilled as per the presented value proposition

- Fluent in English, spoken and written. Arabic is a plus.
