Job Description
- Prepare and present clear and concise compliance reports.
- Create action plans to solve any kind of complaints depending on a deep dive analysis.
- Executing the governance process(es) according to the analysis/action plans designed by himself/herself.
- Compiling all vendors feedback in a tracker for better accessibility and follow-ups.
- Maintain designated vendor operation Performance.
- Responsible for collecting all vendors dues at the city
- Handle complaints and make a follow-up with vendors through on-ground monitoring.
- Maintaining a solid relationship with vendors in order to sustain/increase vendor-base in a competitive market and enhance vendor experience.
- Act as the focal point between vendors and all other stakeholders.
- Enhance Vendor Experience.
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and analytical skills
- English level required: very good to excellent
- Must be Flexible with outdoor visits and traveling
- Preferably 1 Year of experience in e-commerce or any related industry
