Job Description
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to attract new tenants.
- Conduct day to day sales duties “cold calls”.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Provide periodic feedback to senior management regarding performance
- Assist in preparing action plans.
- Conduct new leads to the company sales database.
- Meet the sales target.
- Generate the sales report on SAP system.
- Create and conducts proposal presentations.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
