Job Description
- Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using Primavera software.
- Ensuring that construction projects are completed within set deadlines, budget, and in-line with all the relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
- Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar-chart plan considering all inputs (labor, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
- Develop and update resource (labor and equipment) histogram weekly/monthly as required.
- Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
- Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern that require action of the associate task member (delay analysis).
Job Requirements
- Sc. in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in construction firms.
