- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying).
- Manage meetings agenda and responsible for meeting rooms calendar.
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements for the employees such as ticketing, accommodation, etc...
- Responsible for the Medical Insurance.
- Responsible for the First Aid kit and the medical kit.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Keep stock of office supplies and laptops and place orders when necessary.
- To maintain all administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Holder of Bachelor Degree.
- Very good communication skills.
- Organizational skills are required.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
