Job Description

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying).
  • Manage meetings agenda and responsible for meeting rooms calendar.
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements for the employees such as ticketing, accommodation, etc...
  • Responsible for the Medical Insurance.
  • Responsible for the First Aid kit and the medical kit.
  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and laptops and place orders when necessary.
  • To maintain all administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Holder of Bachelor Degree.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Organizational skills are required.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail.
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
