Job Description

  • Handling all Medmark inbound & outbound PR, welcome and renewal calls.
  • Providing excellent customer care by dealing with complex queries accurately and professionally.
  • Act as the first point of contact with customers to resolve any request.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (Speaking, Reading and writing) is a MUST.
  • Bachelor of business administration or a relevant study.
  • 0-2 year of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellence in Microsoft office tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
